The Flashback Software hereby specifically reminds the user to read the terms of this Agreement carefully (minors should be accompanied by a guardian) and you have the right to accept or not to accept the Terms. You are not authorized to download, install or use the Software and its related services unless you accept the Terms. This article describes the rights and obligations of the Flashback Software to you regarding the use and related aspects of the Flashback Software License. The User agrees that the terms and conditions are as legally binding as the User's personally signed and stamped written terms. These Terms and Conditions shall have legal effect between the User and the Flashback Software from the date of successful registration of the User.
This software was developed by Flashback. Software of trademark, copyright and all intellectual property rights, and all of the information content associated with the software, including but not limited to: words and their combination, ICONS, figure act the role of interface design, layout, graphics, color, frame, relevant data, printing materials, or electronic document, etc are influenced by the copyright law and international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property rights protection laws and regulations.
2.1 Users shall ensure that the information provided in the registration of Flashback software or the use of the services provided by the partners is true, complete and correct.
2.2 Flashback account:
2.2.1 the ownership of Flashback software account belongs to Flashback software. After successful registration, users will be provided with a user name and password. By virtue of the user name and password, users can enjoy the services provided by Flashback software to its members.
2.2.2 the right to use Flashback software account only belongs to the initial registrant. In order to protect the user information and account security, users are not allowed to transfer, receive or rent accounts. If Flashback software finds that the user is not the initial registrant of the account, Flashback software has the right to recover the account without any legal liability to the user of the account. All disputes and losses arising from users' private renting and selling (paid/free) accounts shall be borne by users themselves. Meanwhile, Flashback software reserves the right to hold users who violate this agreement liable.
2.2.3 If there is a dispute between users over the ownership of the right to use the account, Flashback software will make an independent judgment based on the initial personal registration data. If the real ownership cannot be determined due to the flaws in personal data (untrue, incomplete, etc.), Flashback software has the right to recover the disputed account, and users shall bear the relevant losses and responsibilities.
2.3 Users shall not directly or indirectly rent or sell (paid/free) Flashback software services (including free experience services). All disputes and losses arising from the private transfer of users shall be borne by users themselves. Meanwhile, Flashback software reserves the right to hold users who violate this agreement liable.
The user shall use the software in accordance with the provisions of this article under the premise of abiding by laws and this agreement. Users shall not perform any of the following ACTS, including but not limited to:
3.1 delete all copyright information and content on the software and other copies without authorization;
3.2 reverse engineering, reverse assembly and reverse compilation of the software without authorization;
3.3 use, copy, modify, link, reprint, assemble, publish and publish the information related to the software without authorization, set up mirror sites, and develop derivative products, works and services related to the software without authorization.
3.4 use the software to publish, transmit, disseminate and store contents that violate national laws, endanger national security, national reunification and social stability, or any inappropriate, insulting, defamatory, obscene, violent and any contents that violate national laws, regulations and policies.
3.5 use the software to publish, transmit, disseminate and store contents that infringe others' intellectual property rights, trade secrets and other legitimate rights.
3.6 use any materials or information containing images or photographs obtained by the software in a way that infringes on trademarks, Copyrights, patents, trade secrets or other proprietary rights of any party.
3.7 use the software to carry out any behavior that endangers computer network security, including but not limited to: use unauthorized data or enter unauthorized server/account; Accessing the public computer network or the computer system of others without permission and deleting, modifying or adding stored information; Without permission, attempt to detect, scan, test the weakness of the software system or network or other implementation of network security violations; Attempting to interfere with or damage the normal operation of the software system or website, deliberately spreading malicious programs or viruses and other ACTS of disrupting normal network information services; Faked TCP/IP packet name or partial name.
This software, like most Internet software, may be invaded by various security problems, such as: online games can not be normal, game account stolen or lost, and then affect the normal use of the software and so on. Users should strengthen the awareness of information security and the protection of user data, pay attention to strengthen password protection, in order to avoid loss and harassment.
Flashback software reserves the right to replace, modify or upgrade the software at any time by providing you with the right and the right to charge for replacement, modification or upgrade.
Flashback software will provide users with a variety of Internet value-added services related to the software, including free and paid value-added services, based on the development of the market and technology. 7.1 the use of this software involves the Internet services, may be affected by each link instability, due to force majeure, computer virus, hacker attack, unstable system, the location of the user, the user shutdown as well as any other technology, network and communication lines to causes such as service interruptions or can not meet the requirement of the user's risk, users must understand and above's own risk, Flashback software does not undertake any responsibility.
7.2 Flashback software shall not be liable for the economic losses suffered by users due to the communication line fault, technical problems, network, computer fault, system instability or other force majeure reasons of third parties, such as the telecommunication department.
8.1 The invalidity of any provision hereof in part or in whole shall not affect the validity of any other provision hereof.
8.2 The interpretation, validity and dispute resolution of this agreement shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. If any dispute or dispute occurs between users and Flashback software, it shall be firstly settled through friendly negotiation. If no agreement can be reached through negotiation, users hereby fully agree to submit the dispute or dispute to the court where Flashback software is located for jurisdiction.
8.3 This product is non-refundable once sold.
8.4 Flashback software reserves all rights to interpret this agreement.
The user hereby warrants that he/she has fully read and understood the terms and conditions of the membership registration agreement and voluntarily enters into the Flashback software membership registration program and is bound by the terms and conditions of the agreement.
